This place is in the food court in the back corner where the entrance of the bathroom is. They give samples out in front of the place. I thought this was a great idea it attracted a lot of foot traffic and also created a line. The bread is awesome soo soft and the cheesesteak was also pretty good. They only have one size of fries which was weird to me. I ordered a combo and the fries were small. You would think they would have at least two sizes. Overall it was a good place and I enjoyed it.
My little brother got the California chicken and he loves it. He got a small because he wasn't that hungry but he said the same thing about the bread it was really soft and he said the chicken was well cooked and not dry.
I will definitely be coming back here when we go shopping again. -

Tried this place for first time I wasn't too convinced at first but after I had the California cheesesteak I totally changed my opinion, the bread is soft and fresh, the meat was perfectly cooked, definitely recommend this place to everyone

This location is mostly ran by inexperienced, rude, awful employees. I have pictures of how nasty my sandwich looked, you could clearly see that a finger was pressed through the bun. Nothing that i asked for on the sandwich was on the sandwich. It was dry and cold. The cashier gave me an attitude once i presented my receipt with a code on the back for free fries and a drink. Once i went back to work downstairs (in the mall) i noticed that nothing was in my sandwich. I went back upstairs to get everything that THEY forgot to put on my sandwich. Once i got back up there they had the audacity to CHARGE ME for ranch pickles and lettuce. THE THINGS THEY FORGOT TO PUT ON MY SANDWICH. All my employees saw the way the sandwich looked and we will no longer be buying food from Charley's.

Absolutely rude, awful and horrible customer service. Their server was incapable of getting the order correct. When corrected, he treated me as if I did something wrong. Unreal. Seriously rude. Sad...the food is good, but for the $, they should give you more meat.

This place used to be called Charley's Subs but the name changed to this. Owned by the same chain. I got the Chicken California Steak with a side of fries. Great food court food!.
